Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 4 August 2026
1. Subscription plans
Heron Flow State offers one subscription tier: Heron Flow State Monthly Access. This tier grants access to all current features of Heron, including the flow ritual, dashboard, flow archive, transition journal, and AI chat support.
Current pricing:
- Beta monthly price: €11 per month, including applicable local tax where collected by Stripe.
- Beta yearly price: €110 per year, equivalent to two months free compared to the monthly price.
- Standard price: €24 per month (or €240 per year) once the beta period ends.
The beta price is available for the first 40 paying members. After the beta slots are filled, new subscribers will be offered the standard price.
2. Billing and payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you subscribe, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Billing occurs in advance for each month or year, depending on your selected plan.
Prices displayed on the checkout page are inclusive or exclusive of local tax as indicated by Stripe at checkout. Any tax is collected by Stripe and remitted according to local rules.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend your access until payment is successfully processed.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Heron account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date, and no further charges will be made.
If you cancel within the first 14 days and are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the refund policy below. After the cancellation period, no refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.
4. How to pause
If you are on a monthly plan and want to take a break without cancelling, you can pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months. During a pause, your billing is suspended and your access to Heron is paused.
At the end of the pause period, your subscription automatically resumes and billing restarts. You can also choose to resume early from your settings.
The pause option is not available for yearly subscriptions. If you have a yearly plan and need to pause, please contact us at ida@ndflowstate.com.
5. Refund policy
If you are not happy with Heron, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. This 14-day cooling-off period applies to your first subscription only.
Beyond the 14-day period, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription time. However, if you experience a technical issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will review your request.
6. Founder testers and free access
A limited number of early testers may be granted free or discounted access (“founder testers”). These arrangements are invitation-only and do not create a subscription or payment obligation. Founder testers may receive updates directly from us about any changes to their access status.
7. Changes to pricing or plans
We may change our subscription plans or prices in the future. If we change the price of your current plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
8. Access after cancellation
When your subscription ends, your access to Heron is restricted to public pages and account management. Your data remains stored for a reasonable period so you can resubscribe. If you want your data deleted, you can request deletion from your settings or by contacting us.
